Welcome to AppofWeb, a mobile app development service operated as a sole proprietorship by Saifal Nadeem. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AppofWeb, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Description of Services
AppOfWeb converts existing websites into native Android and iOS applications. This includes sites built on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and Weebly, as well as custom sites built with PHP, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue and similar frameworks. We provide app configuration, branding, customization, store submission and related services.
User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for the service.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on our website and within the developed mobile applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of AppofWeb or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of the content without our express written consent.
Payment Terms
By using our services, you agree to pay the fees specified at the time of your order. All payments are due according to the payment terms specified in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Refunds and Cancellation
Before any payment is taken, we provide a free demo build of your own website running as an app, so that you can evaluate the service before committing. Because you are able to assess the finished product in advance, fees are non-refundable once work on the paid build has commenced.
Revisions are free and unlimited up to the point your app is published to the App Store or Google Play. After publication, regenerating the app is charged at $9 per platform, as set out on our Pricing page. You may decline to proceed at any point before payment at no cost and with no obligation.
Support Subscription
Every app includes three months of support at no charge, beginning on the date your app is delivered. After that period, continued support is an optional subscription charged at $49 per month. It is billed monthly in advance and is not required in order to use your app.
You may cancel the support subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for, and no further payments are taken. Cancelling support does not affect your app, which continues to function normally. Store publishing is charged separately as a one-time fee of $49 per store and is not part of this subscription.
Where a payment is taken but we are unable to deliver the app for reasons within our control, we will refund that payment in full. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information, including business processes, strategies, and proprietary information, disclosed during the course of this agreement confidential and not to use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the obligations of these Terms of Use.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AppofWeb be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Use.
Modifications to Terms
AppofWeb reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on our website. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.
